Yuxiao Wang, PhD

Yuxiao Wang is one of the co-founders of Myeloid and currently serves as our Vice President of Discovery Research. Prior to founding Myeloid, Yuxiao was a postdoctoral fellow at Prof. Ron Vale’s laboratory at UC San Francisco. Yuxiao received his doctorate degree under the supervision of Prof. Xuewu Zhang (UT Southwestern Medical Center). During his academic career, Yuxiao published several papers on transmembrane receptor signaling, T-cell signal transduction, and membrane trafficking. He has received the Jane Coffin Childs Fellowship Award (2014) and the UCSF Independent Research Award (2017).
